The design
Auxerre's new away shirt features a predominantly black aesthetic, beautifully contrasted by clean white and blue detailing on the sleeve cuffs. The standout visual element is a repeating embossed pattern spread across the fabric, which recreates the astronomical dial of the city's famous Gothic monument, the Tour de l'Horloge.
The details
The crew neck collar displays the name 'AJ AUXERRE' embroidered in white on the back. Inside, the neck tape carries the motivational club motto, 'L'AJA EST BÂTIE SUR PIERRE, L'AJA NE PÉRIRA PAS' (AJA is built on stone, AJA will not perish). On the chest, both the Macron logo and the club badge are applied in white silicone. Built with environmental awareness, the kit is manufactured from Eco Fabric, which is entirely made from recycled plastic.
The story
This away jersey was born out of fan participation, chosen directly by Auxerre's supporters through a social media poll. By highlighting the Tour de l'Horloge, the shirt directly connects the club with the rich historical architecture of the local community.
