The story

In late 2012, Bologna organized a unique community initiative titled "Disegna la nuova maglia del Bologna" (Design the new Bologna shirt) in collaboration with Banca di Bologna. Aimed at local middle school students, the contest generated more than 400 design submissions for the club's upcoming official third kit. Ultimately, rather than selecting a single winner, the judging panel highlighted three outstanding concepts created by female students: Caterina, Maria Luisa, and Rebecca. Technical sponsor Macron was tasked with bringing the kit to life by combining ideas and features from all three winning entries for the subsequent campaign.
