The design
Departing from traditional blocks of colour, Bologna's third jersey introduces an energetic, modern graphic. Set against a clean white backdrop, a series of wavy and abstract red and blue lines wrap around the torso, interlocking to produce a striking optical illusion. Solid blue trim on the crew neck collar and sleeve cuffs, accented by a fine red line, grounds the lively pattern.
The details
The jersey is packed with elements of club identity. The inner collar is customized with the club colors and displays the classic slogan 'LO SQUADRONE CHE TREMARE IL MONDO FA' ('the team that makes the world tremble'), alongside a 'Designed in Bologna' text to mark its local development. On the outer back collar, the club's modern rallying cry 'WE ARE ONE' is printed in bold red. The shirt is built entirely from sustainable Eco Fabric, utilizing recycled plastics.
The launch
The kit was officially launched on October 3, 2023, timed to coincide with the 114th anniversary of the club's foundation in 1909.
