Kobe x FC Barcelona Away Shirt 2026/27
The design
The jersey is built on a deep purple base, paying homage to the iconic color closely associated with basketball legend Kobe Bryant. It features a distinctive textured pattern resembling black mamba skin across the fabric, complemented by rich gold accents that represent a relentless pursuit of championships. The front showcases an iridescent FC Barcelona crest alongside Kobe's signature Sheath emblem.
The details
Hidden inside the collar is one of Bryant's most famous quotes: 'Leave the game better than you found it,' serving as a private motivational element for the players. From a performance perspective, the jersey is engineered with lightweight, highly breathable materials utilizing Nike's advanced cooling technology.
The story
This collaboration marks the second consecutive season that Nike has bridged the worlds of basketball and football by fusing Kobe Bryant's 'Mamba Mentality' with the ethos of FC Barcelona. The release honors the late athlete's lifelong appreciation for football and the creative, joyful style of play historically championed by the Catalan club.
