The design
The jersey reimagines traditional style with a vibrant neon yellow and dark navy hooped pattern. Drawing inspiration from the Manchester Worker Bee—a historic emblem of the city's industrious character—the stripes are finished with a distinct spray-paint aesthetic that references local street art.
The details
The collection was produced in both player-issue and fan-ready variations. The elite Authentic version features PUMA's ultra-lightweight ULTRAWEAVE fabric, while the Replica version is constructed from recycled polyester. Both versions incorporate dryCELL technology to ensure optimal sweat-wicking performance.
The launch
In a pioneering move, the kit made its debut in the metaverse on the Roblox platform. Through the 'PUMA and the Land of Games' experience, players could interact with digital versions of the kit, participate in challenges to unlock the virtual jersey, and explore a Manchester City-themed lobby.
