The design
For the 2019/20 Premier League campaign, Newcastle United and PUMA introduced a distinct away strip dominated by deep green tones. This uniform aesthetic extends across the shirts, shorts, and socks to create a unified, single-colour look on the pitch.
The details
The jersey marks the introduction of cryptocurrency platform StormGain as the club's sleeve partner, featuring their logo on the sleeve. Squad members Joelinton, Miguel Almirón, and Sean Longstaff fronted the reveal.
The launch
Supporters first saw the kit in action during a pre-season trip to Preston North End on July 27, 2019. The retail launch followed shortly after, with the shirt hitting shelves on August 1, 2019.
