The design
The shirt retains the club's iconic black and white vertical stripes, modified specifically for November fixtures with a red remembrance poppy emblem printed directly onto the center of the chest.
The story
Newcastle United stood alongside clubs across the country to support the Royal British Legion's annual campaign. Players wore the poppy-crested shirts during competitive fixtures against Arsenal and Nottingham Forest to honor servicemen and women.
The launch
These limited-edition, match-worn shirts were not sold through regular retail channels. Instead, they were signed by the squad and made available for public bidding on the MatchWornShirt platform, with all net proceeds aiding charity work.
