Taking its visual cues directly from the club's 2001/02 away strip—originally worn by fan favourites like James Beattie and Marian Pahars—the jersey features an iconic combination of black and red. The men's squad pairs this shirt with white shorts, while the women's team wears black shorts, with both squads wearing black socks to complete the outfit.
The details
The jerseys are engineered with Puma's dry-CELL sweat-wicking technology to ensure maximum comfort on the pitch and in the stands. Aligning with modern sustainability standards, the shirts are constructed using Puma's RE:FIBRE initiative, meaning each garment is made of at least 95% recycled textile waste.
The launch
Released under the promotional banner "Past Made Present," the creative campaign features several first-team players staged in nostalgic early-2000s scenes. The club collaborated with a complete creative production team, including photographer Matt Gordon, AI artist Sam Finn, and stylist Mollie French, to deliver the retro-themed launch.
