Home Shirt 2006/07

The launch

The new kit for the 2006/07 campaign was officially presented during a ceremony at the Stade de France in Saint-Denis. The event doubled as the sixth-anniversary celebration of the club's technical partner, Airness, with brand founder Malamine Koné personally handing the shirt over to Stade Rennais president Emmanuel Cueff. High-profile political figures and members of the first-team squad were in attendance for the reveal.

The design

This iteration of the classic red and black look features a much cleaner, understated design compared to the previous season's model. Built with a more modern, body-hugging silhouette, the jersey also integrates a unique cultural touch: a pair of Breton ermines proudly positioned on the collar area, a feature standard across all the club's shirts for the season.
