Women's Day Special Shirt 2024/25
The design
Created to mark International Women's Day, this special kit features unique modifications to the shirt numbers on the back. Inside the digits, the club printed the names of all 4,665 female season ticket holders for the current campaign. Furthermore, the traditional 'Baciccia' sailor crest normally located inside the numbering is replaced with a female variant of the classic graphic.
The story
To represent the enduring legacy of the club's female fans across generations, Sampdoria delivered two of these exclusive shirts ahead of their match at the Mugnaini training ground in Bogliasco. The jerseys were gifted to Alessia, the club's youngest female season ticket holder at two years old, and Antonietta, the oldest at ninety-five.
