Developed by Kappa, the fourth shirt takes direct inspiration from the legendary colours of Boca Juniors. It features a deep navy blue base divided by a bold horizontal yellow band across the chest, successfully mirroring the iconic home look of the Argentine side while maintaining Genoa's distinct club identity.

This special fourth kit commemorates the deep historical relationship and cultural bond between Genoa and Argentine giants Boca Juniors. The release serves as a tribute to both sets of fans, who are known for sharing a similar intensity, loyalty, and passion for the game.

With the launch of this collaborative shirt, Danish brewery Ceres joins as the official sleeve partner. Their classic 'C'È' logo is prominently placed on the sleeve, making its matchday debut during Genoa's away fixture against Juventus at the Allianz Stadium.

The jersey is built around Kappa's Kombat Pro technical template, complete with an elegant polo-style collar that provides a lifestyle-oriented edge. Genoa's iconic Griffin crest is positioned on the breast, while the upper back, just beneath the collar, features the word 'ZENEIXI'—the Ligurian dialect term for 'Genoese' which originally gave Boca Juniors their famous 'Xeneizes' moniker.
The story
This special release serves as a tribute to the deep historical and cultural ties between the city of Genoa and the Buenos Aires district of La Boca. Celebrating the 120th anniversary of Boca Juniors—originally established by Genoese immigrants in 1905—the kit highlights a shared transatlantic heritage that has been kept alive by generations of players moving between both clubs, including Diego Milito, Rodrigo Palacio, and Nicolás Burdisso.
The launch
The jersey was officially unveiled at the MEI (Museo dell’Emigrazione Italiana) in Genoa, a location chosen specifically to honour the history of Italian emigration. The launch campaign features photography by Sam Alexander Gregg and a promotional video developed by No Panic. The shirt made its official on-pitch debut during Genoa's league match against Juventus on March 29, 2025.
